This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how users of HK Skill, a product of Hexagon Know Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), can cancel subscriptions and request refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellation

All users can cancel their subscription at any time by visiting the Billing Settings section in their dashboard and clicking the "Cancel Subscription" button. Once canceled, access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. No-Refund Policy

Payments for subscriptions are final. Since users get instant access to digital features, we follow a strict no-refund policy unless covered under the exceptions below.

3. Exceptions Eligible for Refund

  • Platform downtime exceeding 24 hours (caused by us)
  • Accidental duplicate payments
  • Situations mandated by applicable laws

These will be reviewed case-by-case and do not guarantee a refund.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial. Cancel within this period to avoid charges. After trial conversion to a paid plan, the standard no-refund policy applies.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send your request to [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request" within 7 days of the payment. Include your account email and payment reference.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Taxes or fees charged by third parties may not be refundable.

7. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers should refer to their signed agreement. Custom terms override this policy.

8. Policy Changes

This policy is subject to change. Continued usage after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
